Poyang Yitian·Shilifenghe is developed and constructed by Shanghai Yitian Travel Group, which has been ranked as the “Top 10 Chinese Cultural Tourism Industry Operation in 2019 and 2020”, with an investment of approximately 3.5 billion yuan. It is constructed by China Construction First Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and is the largest project currently planned in Poyang.
The Xijiangyuan Huaiwang Eight Scenic Area project includes two major parts: Raozhou Water Street and Huaiwang Eight Scenic Area, with a total investment of about 400 million yuan. The planned total land area is 407.3 acres (42.54 acres have been delisted), and the construction area is about 21000 square meters. The project officially started construction in June 2021 and is scheduled to open for trial operation on October 1, 2022. The park mainly includes two parts: Raozhou Water Street and Huaiwang Eight Scenic Spots. The overall theme revolves around Huaiwang Culture, a water street Raozhou Water Street, a garden Xijiang Garden, and a grand Huaiwang Night Banquet immersive experience show, reshaping the beautiful picture of ancient Raozhou.
Raozhou Water Street mainly includes 23 antique Ming and Qing style buildings such as Yongshou Palace. By effectively utilizing and inheriting the ancient Raozhou water culture, introducing water systems, creating Xijiang Garden Raozhou Water Street, reshaping the bustling scene of business and tourism in Poyang, relying on water culture, creating a water town style experience space, integrating intangible cultural heritage food culture experience, leisure and entertainment, catering retail and other formats, creating a composite cultural and business district with historical heritage and water town characteristics, complementing the first phase of Raozhou Ancient Town; The layout of Xijiang Garden includes eight scenic spots, including Penglai Qingyin, Shuishengping Creek, Xiaoqiao Scenic Area, Hanmo Forest, Yunxiang Jing, Lvzhu Yiqi, Qunfang Garden, and Xiangxue Wo, known as the Eight Scenic Spots of Huai King. The project takes the Huai Wang Mansion of the Ming Dynasty as the cultural lake source, reshapes the historical royal garden of Poyang, and integrates immersive situational interpretation to create a themed cultural park that integrates boutique leisure, shopping and play.
After the completion of the project, it will form a complementary tourism pattern with the ancient town of Nanyuan and Beizhen, providing tourists with a complete tourism experience loop.
